My Experience with Cerritos Collision Center was Excellent, Lorena Perez **** greeted me when my husband and I enter the door with a good afternoon and already had the paper work ready for me to sign. She told me what was going to happen and how long it would take to fix my car. She was very professional and told me that she would be calling me and keeping me updated with the status of the progress on my car. By the time we got home I had received a text from Cerritos Collision Center letting me know that they had begun working on my car. Through the next three weeks I received texts (loved the text updates) and calling letting me know how much and when my car would be done. She was very nice and also said have a wonderful day and a great rest of your week. My car is like brand new, never knowing that a deer hit my car. The total experiences was extraordinary the customer service from Lorena was exceptional and if very asks for any recondition for work on car that have been an accident I will tell them to go to Cerritos Collision Center and asks for Lorena.
