I had a terrible communication experience with the staff. I would not receive updates on my car as is was told I would. I had to repeatedly call them myself in order to receive any information and when I made these calls I was constantly put on hold after which they would tell me that they would call me back with information yet I never received any calls from them. Last Wednesday I called again and they told me my car was finally ready. When I picked up my car as I was leaving I realized that there were still peices inside my car that were still missing. When I notified them they told me they would order the peice and It would be ready on Friday which never happened. I spoke with them and they said they would call me back and I am still waiting.
