I had a wonderful experience working with Alexis and Chelsea. Their customer service was amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel like a valued customer. Moreover, I was kept informed through the whole process. I've never had an experience like I did at other repair shops. My car turned out looking better than it did before the crash. The body repair team also deserves a ton a credit for making my car look amazing. Alexis, Chelsea, and the repair team are the reason why I will only bring my cars back to Cerritos Collision.

The text update notified me that my car would be ready at 4:30pm on the 27th. that afternoon, I got an update that the car would be ready at 5:30pm and that i would receive a call if there were any delays. we got to the dealership around 5:30. After we paid for the sevices and completed all the necessary paperworks, one associate went to grab the keys. We were then informed that the car actually wouldnt be ready till 2:30pm the next day.
