Greg is an exceptional Ford Collision manager. He has gone above and beyond to assure excellent customer service. While on his way out of town he took the time to make sure my automobile needs were taken care of. Everything was absolutely wonderful BUT my oil light came on today. It would have been nice if I could have been remedied. I would have assumed there would be a basic inspection of the vehicle and I would have happily paid to have the oil changed while the car was being serviced. Theresa and Jennifer were great.
