I am impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge demonstrated by the team at Five Star Ford. David Bearden and Terry Lake were the main two guys I dealt with. I was also helped by Kelly I think his name was at the payment area. I talked with more guys and unsure of names but am really glad I chose Five Star Collision to make the damage disappear and look new again. David was attentive to my concerns when I called to describe in detail what they found. I will continue to use Five Star Service and Quick Lane in the future because of my experience this time and in the past with the service department. Five Star Ford gets an A from me. Thank you for making things better and right again.

OK, the shop does impeccable work. The thing is, the people in the office that manage the “suits” who govern what work will be done are truly invested professionals. The team did an excellent job on my wrecked car.
The coustomer service was awesome. I do not remember the worker’s name but he really deserves a FIVE STAR. He set up everything when I first arrived with my car. My time of arrival was near your closing time. The gentleman did not turn me away. He even call the Hertz’s rental car service and told them I will need a car and that I was on my way.
