I am very happy with the work that was done . But when the inspection was done and I asked to have my hood done at my cost I was told that a spot by the driver side back door near the bed would be done also after getting my truck home looked over the truck and that spot hadn’t been done.

OMG! You went above and beyond with my baby! It was well worth the wait. I am so happy to have my lime squeeze back! Before everytime I looked at the damages I was so sad for her and that I would have to pay and save up for her to be fixed. You understood that she us a precious little thing. You babysat her very well while she was in your care! I really appreciate all that you have done for Lime squeeze and I. She seems to of had a makeover and she is so excited to go out there and drive again. You even took the extra step to make sure everything in the car was not messed with while you were doing the repairs. My car did not look like a bunch of muddy guys were in it, I so appreciate the floor mat you put in to protect my interior. I really did notice the little things and as the days go by I'll look back at this time and smile because you took all the stress away that I had about taking her to a repair center in the big city and not back home. I can't say enough on how amazed I am on the way she looks! The way she was treated while we were apart and how friendly the staff is. They understand that she is very important to me. Your just so Fantastic and amazing at your job! You all keep it up and I'll spread the word! I would like to suggest something though. I would scream your services to the mountain tops! But I don't have anything showing repairs done by Ernie Patti, come by and see them if you need repairs or body work. I would of liked to have an option to put a magnet or some kind of little thing I could put in a window or on the back of my car advertising for you. The only way ppl will know how fantastic you are is by looking at your work. Some may see it while stopped at a red light and it happens they are in a crash and what was the last repair shop they seen? Ernie Patti on the back of a car that was renovated back to normal. 5 stars! You all made my day! Please also let the front desk know they did very well too! The whole service was spectacular! I hope they get to read this to keep them doing what they do!

This was my first situation with a liability claim fix and you guys made everything very easy. Your receptionist was especially helpful with my rental car and other information. I had some previous body damage and your guys did a great job of repairing as best they could without replacing it. You told me it would not be perfect but it ended up looking better than I expected.

Staff was friendly. They contacted me almost immediately after I got off the phone with my insurance company. Everything was estimated and repairs were completed within less than a week during the holiday season. A nice addition was my car was cleaned as well! I will use them again if I should need repairs.
