When I brought my car in for the quote, I was told there would be a rental car for me at my appointment time. However when I dropped my car off, there was not even a reservation for a rental car at Enterprise. I would have been happy to make the reservation myself but I was led to believe it was not my reaponsibility. Other than that the service was great and my cat looks as good as new!
