I chose to go to Universal Collision on Apalachee Parkway for location and convenience and I am so glad I did. I was nicely and professionally greeted! They kept giving updates every other day so I never had to call even once to check on the car.
My car was finished almost a week ahead of expected time. They did a great job
on it, looks as good as new! Very pleased with the service from the time I left my car till the time I picked it up!

The staff was very personal and efficient on my initial visit. C.J. Answered all my questions and was honest regarding the estimate on the length to complete the job. I made an appointment and told him I would be out of town and no rush. The job was completed ahead of time and I was very satisfied. Anson the repair specialist who did the work on my truck showed me a place I would not have found and told me to let the paint cure real good and bring it is and he wanted to buff the area. Not to many businesses with that much pride in the final product.
