Experience was good and my car got repaired on expected time. However, I had couple of scratches on my front bumper which they committed during the time of car delivery that thy will touch up without any extra cost. When they returned the car, those scratches were still there and they didn't fixed it. Also, when they return me car. It have dust inside.

Overall I really appreciate Ian's communication, etc.. however, I believed I have some kind of leak or something with the windshield because I can hear the wind like I didn't before. I HAVE NOT called them yet about this though, to be fair. Also, the dome light lense in the rear was not reinstalled. Not a big deal, but again, to be fair. Some people epoukd probably wig out over it. I am way more concerned with the wind noise issue in my front windshield

I had to make 3 trips to Autonation before my car was ready. During the first two visits, there were clear problems that were not addressed. It is frustrating that Autonation hoped I would take the car back even though there were clear defects. That is just crappy.
