Mike was an awesome help. He was very polite and kept me informed the entire time. When I walked into the office another person greeted me, but was prompt to give negative feedback, but I remembered speaking to Mike and how he was so nice and polite the Friday before. I definitely knew that wasn't him. Going forward Mike went above and beyond to make sure my car was back beautiful! I will definitely recommend them to ANYONE...Ill be sure to say ASK FOR MIKE...He's awesome! I did research and was able to get a great deal on my mirror and to paint it wasn't bad at all...Mike saved the day!

My car was delivered on ****/28, and I was called 4 times to tell me it was ready,3 times by the repair center, and once by John Stowell at Autonation VW in Richardson TX. The message stated my car was ready, so I drove an hour and a half to come get it, only to be told when I arrived at 615PM, that John was gone, and that there was not one other person at the dealership, who could accept the payment, and give me my car. That's so ridiculous I cannot comment, as there needs to be more than one person capable of handling a transaction. What if the person is sick a few days, what does Autonation do, quit conducting business..?? So now, I do not have time to mess with picking up my car for days, so now I will be called everyday by Enterprise Rent a Car about when I will be returning my rental, when I am unable to all because of AutoNation issues. Really irritated me.. Patrick H
