My only complaint is I was told by text msg the car would be ready on Aug 1st at 5:50. No one called yesterday and when I called them no one answered. I called Geico and they called Signature. Was told car was ready but they were closing in 15 minutes. It was 5:15 at the time. Need to keep customer better informed about status of vehicle.
