Washed and cleaned the car completely giving it a brand new look and shining which I didn’t expect, loved it and I am thankful for the courtesy shown in patching of a scratch by curb without charging anything for it. The communication was good. I took it in Monday and there was a possibility it would be done Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. Instead, it was finished the following Tuesday. However, I received emails to tell me the status.
Interface with rental car was good.
Signature Collision receptionist and adjuster and manager were pleasant and efficient.
From what I can tell, the work was done well.
