I pick up my car after closing basically so couldn’t go back but car is making weird rattling noise that wasn’t there before. Was told multiple times car would be ready 24th. I take off then get a call the sat of to pick it up Monday then car isn’t even properly fixed displeased with both customer and auto service no reason I should have paid my deductible to get back a squeaking car

I felt communication was haphazard at times starting with Johnny not contacting me at all. Then receiving notice my car would be ready, but it wasn’t, receiving a call the car was almost ready and I would be called again that afternoon when it was ready, again it was not. Day three, I called and it had just been ready. I did find everyone including Johnny’s supervisor (but not Johnny) to be very nice and courteous. Perhaps just tweet the email, text, call system. The young man up front was always very good when I arrived and I got to watch him deal with a difficult situation. The very nice lady(sorry name also escapes me) was quick to help and have a smile.
