You folks had our 2001 Nissan Altima GLE for two weeks while it was being repaired. It's always concerning when we leave our car with a place who allows the car to sit so long the battery's dead when we attempt to pick it up. I assume you folks charge a daily storage fee for vehicles being repaired at your establishment, yes? Then why on earth would you allow the customers battery die? I now have to pay for a new battery after leaving our car with you. That's roughly 150 dollars out of pocket. How would i rate Ken Garff? Not highly at all.. Good day. Dan S
