This is the third time I have brought a vehicle into Ken Garth's body shop. I have always been satisfied this time I was even more impressed. They were very professional called me repeatedly to let me know what was going on and were very quick I got my car back faster than I imagined. So glad to work with them

I received plenty of text messages that they were on schedule for several days but then on the day the car was supposed to be done...nothing. Not until the next day did I receive a text saying that they were delaying the completion. Then it was still not done at the time I was told. I had to call them after, again, not hearing anything.

Liked knowing status of the truck, but a few too many call & texts.
Also didn't seem to understand that this is Chris' wife's number, not the truck owner in spite of me telling them several times, so he didn't get the updates, I did, & then had to relay the info to Chris.
Definitely better than having to call to check on the progress like the last shop, but a bit obtrusive.
Other than that, the work looks good, & it was completed in a somewhat timely fashion. Can't comment on the cost since it was covered by someone else's insurance.
