My car was sent to York Collision by Apple Collision in Hanover. When my car was done they sent it back to Hanover but to the wrong place...to Hanover Collision rather than Apple Collision. My car was also labeled with the wrong name “Mrs. ****”. Luckily Hanover Collision called around and figured out where my car belonged. Then when I went to pick my car up from Apple Collision they did not have the paperwork. They called York Collision who then faxed the bill. Apple insisted that according to the bill I owed a $500 deductible and wouldn’t give me my car until I paid this amount. This was a huge mistake because the other driver ran a red light and was 100% responsible for damages and her insurance had agreed to pay all expenses. I spent the next 3 days sending many emails and making numerous phone calls to get my $500 back. Other than this customer service nightmare I have to say that my car does run great and I am satisfied with the repairs.

I feel it took way too long for repairs. I was starting to think you were placing other vehicles ahead of mine. Completion date was changed 6 times. I drove that truck back and forth to Delaware for weeks before repairs and never heard any vibrations or noise as it relates to drive shaft replacement. My own personal photos of that accident makes me have lots of doubts.
