I found the whole experience, from start to finish, to be a well organized and professionally executed process. I appreciated the frequent updates, the ease with which the insurance and car rental was dealt with, and the quality of work on the repair. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful

The body work was done very nicely, the damage on the exterior looks very good. On the interior, I can still notice places that could have been cleaned a little better. For instance the passenger side speaker still has debris inside the speaker mesh. Overall it was a good job, just a few places where attention to detail could have been better.

The repair looks flawless. I am very pleased with your work.

Quality work performed.

Long story short... absolute atrocious customer service. I had to contact them countless times to check on status instead of them contacting me. The quality of the body work seemed up to par but all of the other issues (took 6 weeks to get part in and then it was the wrong part even though they had the VIN, no updates during the 6 weeks waiting on the part unless I contacted them, they blamed COVID for the long lead time on the part but the correct part only took 2 days to get versus 6 weeks for wrong part... something seems fishy here, I told them to keep the old part several times since it was still functional but then they couldn’t find it when I picked up the vehicle, they said they would call me back on the missing old part but I had to call back 2 days later to find out they disposed of it and then didn’t offer anything further to make it right even though it was their fault). I CANNOT recommend them as a body shop due to this debacle. There are too many other body shops in the area and word of mouth is crucial in this business. Oh and I was never contacted after Tony said his manager would contact me. Not sure if Tony is lying and didn’t tell his manager or his manager doesn’t care enough to contact an upset customer (it’s been over a week). Another example of their failure as a business to communicate with those customer. Unreal.

My A/C was not fixed. I don’t know how a collision center can be a collision center but know how to repair AC that was damaged in an accident. Although Mike was very courteous and knowledgeable, it’s disappointing that this collision center isn’t a full repair center.

Great job

The body work repairs done to my car were satisfactory, however my car was returned with an engine issue which I do not think was properly investigated nor resolved. I am currently waiting to see when my car may leave me stranded because I am not confident that this issue created while the car was being repaired was thoroughly looked into.

All good.

Still waiting on the correct door handle to be installed. Haven’t received a word yet. Been 2 weeks since it’s been picked up and paid in full.

Everyone was very courteous and was accurate on their promises of when the repairs would be done.

I found that York Collision Center worked with my insurance company and rental car agency. That meant fewer phone calls and details that I had to worry about. The workmanship was excellent and I trust you for all my future needs.

Very professional organization. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. Very good experience. I am very pleased with the results.

Everyone was wonderful and my car looks great. However, the door that was fixed doesn’t open from the inside. We didn’t realize this until somebody sat in the backseat. Is there a way I can bring it back in?
