We were pleased with the work that was done on the car, but we were not so pleased with the communication and follow up throughout the process. It took a while for them to respond and give us an initial bid, and while the work was being done several days passed before they started giving us status updates. Also, we felt it took a bit too long to complete the work (3 weeks).

Even though we hate having our car damaged, it’s great to know that if it does Abra has our back. This is the second time we have had our car fixed by Abra.
After the way we were treated and how well our car was taken care of the first time, we knew Abra was our choice for the second repair. Hopefully no additional visits will be needed, but if so Abra will be our first and only choice.
