Wasn't done on time and then wasn't done when they said it was done. Forgot to replace some parts that were on estimate and hood was not latched because it was very hard to latch. They did install the parts and supposed to adjust hood but I haven't checked yet. Seems like there needs to be a final inspection for quality control by staff. By the way. The parts that were forgot were both cracked and broken. Very obvious. Insurance company estimated 11 days actually took 25 working days

When I had the inspection about two months ago, they said that it would take about three day to complete. Instead it took five days. Not the repairs are excellent but I was upset that the repairs took so long. As I told your representative you had two months the plan this repair & had the hood on hand. At the time I brought it in they said all they had to do was get the dents out and paint the hood. Two days later, I was told it once again they still had to get the hood painted. Your scheduling is poor.

A job that was to take 2 days ended up taking 7. After missing the promised date the truck was delivered to my house, minus the tailgate that was to be replaced. I was sent at least 2 texts saying it would be done on the 12th. I got no communication on the 12th. Today, 9-13, I got a call that it was done. I appreciate the reduction in the cost and the effort to "fix" the delay that "fell through the cracks." I am disappointed in the communication and excuse that you are so busy it just took longer. You set the appointment and schedule for completion. I will certainly look for other options if I need body repair in the future.
