It took a lot longer to get my car fixed than I had planned and I was told they would have my car. I was also expecting more updates and only got two very vague texts. I also called a couple times and the person working on my car was not available when I called. The person also told me when he was going to update me but didn’t so I ended up calling him to get an update on my car.
