Easy process, they took care of everything with my insurance. They kept me informed about my car and I even got it a day early. Super nice staff, and you’d never know I had even hit a deer!

Told it would be 4 days and was one day short of two weeks. No one explained that a part had a $400 increase and there was a 4 day wait for the insurance company to send the company a check. I tried to explain I wanted to pay the amount to get my car but was told we have to wait, we want to it correctly, and we can not release the car until we get the check. I got an email with a price update but there was no explanation.

I asked that I specifically be called with updates on my repair & I continued to get e-mails. The receptionist wasn’t professional when dealing with answering, transferring, & taking messages. I sat on hold for 15 minutes. My repair was horrible, screws were not tighten, the bumber & bolts are not reassembled correctly. I am very unhappy with the level of service & the repair. I have voiced my displeasure with my insurance company as well.
