Outstanding job. The repair was done very well and my vehicle was returned cleaned. Communication throughout the whole experience was spot on. I had two previous repairs done at Caliber Collision with progressively worse and decided to use Hendrick Collision this time and I’m so pleased.

Jason and his repair team appeared to do a great job on my ar repairs. Jason did a great job of keeping me up to date on the status of my car repairs. Jason did a great job communicated with my insurance company. Jason was able get my car into the shop for repairs and delivered to me in a timely manner. We have been having problems with the car since we received it back. It will not start half of the time. We got notifications on the dashboard about a transmission issue. We have called the Cary Collision Center several times, spoke to the receptionist and left messages to Roland and the manager. Several times. Close to two weeks now and there never called us back. They also never pick up their phone. We are looking to escalate at this point.
