Although, the wheel was replaced, and even though Geico approved it, doesn’t mean it is the right part. I found the exact wheel online, but different color and that would’ve been of equal value or very similar in order to replace the damaged wheel. Instead, my repair was just “ok’ed” cause OEM discontinued the said part any longer and no one knows how to use/search Google to obtain the correct/similar wheel from a different vendor…In addition, customer communication is terrible and the representative does not seem to have the customers best interest in mind.

Thanks for a great repair. It was returned to me two days before going to Florida. Someone said how good my car looked not knowing that a few days before it had two smached in doors. I probably would not have gone on my trip if I hadn't had my car in time.

The work was excellent as I knew it would be. I have twice before brought vehicles here for repairs and was equally impressed with the jobs they did.

I would have appreciated updates throughout because it took a lot longer than originally quoted. And even though it was due to shipping time for parts it would have been nice to know why it was taking so long. Overall the repair was great though and I feel like they really checked over everything to make sure my car was ready to go.
