Hendrick Collision really came through for us! The customer service was exceptional, the claims agent was very personable, honest and transparent. He gave me worst case scenarios and best case scenarios. We had a more than best case scenario play out for us. Communication was paramount and the repairs were done when they said it would be. We got our vehicle back and it looked better than it did before. The performance of the vehicle is blowing me away. I read reviews and I was honestly expecting worse case scenarios. Although there were more great reviews than not. Competitors reviews were hitting on horrible. **** out 5 had an ok experience. So I went with Hendrick Collision. I’m so glad I did. Matter of fact if I had to go back. I hope I don’t. And had a bad experience, I’m certain that they would do everything in their power to get that thing tight and right. Of coarse we have to always be prepared for the unexpected. But I will forever go to Hendricks Collision. I’m convinced of their professionalism. Stay safe out there and PLEASE SLOW DOWN ATL
