I had an issue at check out. While I was reaching for my credit card, the front desk team member asked for the check the insurance company had sent to our home. I asked her why I would bring Hendrick Collision a check that was made payable to my husband? She then proceeded to tell me that they could not release my vehicle without the check. Her statement was ridiculous and I had to repeat the aforementioned question as I handed her my credit card.

Hendricks Collision is second to NONE! Their customer service is Amazing! They called me 3x a week giving me detailed updates re: the status of my repairs. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks. I knew exactly what was going on with the car. The repairs were completed on time! My Honda looks brand new! I will refer Hendricks to ANYONE! I am completely satisfied!!!
