Debbie is the best. Very dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service. Outstanding pride in her work. Cares about the customer. If I have another needed repair I won’t be going to any other shop. Work performed and customer service is a 10.

The service rep name Jermy is really great. Great customer service and making me feel welcomed. However, I had to call to tell the whole Service King Burien that the color looked off. Jermy called me back and told me to bring it back in to color correct it. Great job fixing it. Theres room for improvement. Overall, great!

Jeremy F is the real MVP! Walked in on a Saturday and was told that they don’t do estimates on the weekend but offered to give me a **** park range of what I may be looking at cost wise, which was super helpful! Brought my car back in for an actual estimate a few days later and drove it back out a few days after that. Super efficient, and always stayed in the loop with what was currently happening with my vehicle. Amanda in the front office has the best customer service! Thank you Service King!
