I dealt with Mark from the time I brought my car in for an estimate, through the end of the completed work. He was organized in preparing the estimate and kept me updated when the repair work was being done. There was one small glitch when there was a small delay in securing the correct part that clips the bumper onto the car. My car was clean and ready for pick-up and Mark handled all the paperwork with the insurance company. I would highly recommend Vintage Auto.
