We found you on Yelp right after our daughter (a student at Cal Poly) got into an accident a few Saturdays ago. We had her car towed to your shop without even asking first, and Rob called us that day to talk to me. The entire two weeks I received emails and updates on the progress and we were thankful that we were able to see pictues online. I called a few times and got my questions answered right away. My husband picked up the car yesterday and said it looks great. It is very difficult as a parent to be so far away when your child is in an accident and we were grateful to find a shop that did not take advantage of our daughter or us from long-distance.
