The light on the drivers door handle stopped working after receiving the car back. Mark said rob stated to pay for the part and they’ll fix it. Even though this is not my responsibilities to pay for a part as I didn’t provide a broken light when I turned the car in, I felt arguing over $60 wasn’t worth it cause everyone has been so nice, however, now it’s been 6 visits and the light is STILL broken. Idk what is going on but now I feel a bitter taste in my mouth and feel like I paid for a service and didn’t receive results. So I would like this situation alleviated.
