Overall, I had an awesome experience. But, I'm not completely satisfied. The shop was real busy and got ahold of me, for my first update, late by a day.
The text updates were an awesome feature, but off by a day, so the calls and the texts didn't jive.
The call I received telling me my car was ready gave me a broad range: 'your car will be ready today or tomorrow.' I'd be satisfied with an exact time it would be done.
Aside from that, the car looks great, and Bill was helpful.

Poor quality check was performed. After 11 days, Branning was attempting to deliver my car to me with warning lights flashing "check side lights" and "low washer fluid". A hose was not properly connected to nozzles for headlight washer. Broken grille above bumper was not replaced. Paint on job was sloppy with clumps of paint at front edge of hood and bumper was not properly covered during painting. Car remained at the shop. Rich, Shop Manager, assured me he would address these outstanding items. I had high expectations of Branning but was left very disappointed by the quality of work delivered!
