The concierge service did a great job of taking the hassle out of the car repair process. I was the 'hitee' in the accident I was involved in, and was satisfied with the speed and ease of making appointments, how thoroughly each aspect of the process was explained to me, was provided a rental that was equal (and better) than my vehicle and my car was repaired in a timely fashion.
(sidebar note: I left a rear seat mirror for viewing my son while in his rear facing carseat in the rental...did anyone find it?)

I think they did a great job doing the repair work; however, when I picked up the car the battery was dead. Never had a problem before, Manager said maybe because it sat in the cold for 2 days. That being said, we left the car for a week in January while on vacation, and the battery was fine. Not sure what goes on during the auto body repair process, but it was frustrating to have to replace the battery when we had no problems beforehand.

The customer service with the young lady at the window was " Excellent ". Everything was swift and professional when I brought my car in, but when I picked it up my spare tire that I was promised would be put on my car wasn't, plus a piece of molding was not put on, the tech didn't know it was missing. He called and was told it was being ordered, it's been over a week now and I haven't heard from anybody. And the molding is in a obvious spot on the front of my car. Not so satisfied at this point !!!

I had to point our 2 parts of the car that were not completed when I picked up the car. The tech had to take it back twice to complete repairs. The service was real quick, the folks very courteous and real helpful.
