Staff was friendly and professional, repairs were completed in a timely manner and they did a great job keeping me updated on the progress. Also did a great job detailing my bill so I knew exactly what repairs were required. Christina at the main desk was a pleasure.

The car looks good, but I have two issues with the car. My check tire pressure light came on shortly after leaving your location. The lock mechanism on the side that was repaired does not work. Also my spare tire was not put into its place in the trunk and the tools for it was just thrown into the trunk.

I had my 5 month old son with me, and when I had to transfer the car seat from my car to the rental car no one really wanted to help me, I was getting the cold shoulder. I had to ask the guy from Enterprise to help me transfer the car seat, he took it out my car and showed me how to install it because I never did it before because my husband always did it. When I return to pick up my car there was still scratches from the accident that they were saying was not from the accident, I know my car I'm not trying to rip off anyone, I had pictures to prove it. Anyways why ask customers if they want the old parts back if you going to drag it on the floor to bring to the customer. To me it seems as if the workers were upset because I asked to have the scratches fixed. Overall I did not have a good experience and I will not recommend anyone to your shop.
