Our car was transferred from another Great Plains Location to Charlie Graham. Communication between body shops was not good and work was not completed as discussed in the original estimate and concerns. Went to pick up our car and found all the mistakes and mishaps that I had a feeling would happen with the tranfer of our car. Communication was lost and hopefully our car gets back to its shape like it was before the accident.
