Nicole was very professional in her estimation of the damage to my vehicle. She answered all my questions and actually identified damage I had overlooked as part of the original report. I very much appreciated her efforts to maintain close contact with the USAA agent, Jorge Rangel, so the insurance company and body shop were aware of all parts of the repair process. Actual work done was flawless. No evidence of any damage, with total paint match between the damaged area and adjacent panels.
Bottom line: job well done by all!

The whole experience with Charlie Graham was so easy - they worked directly with my insurance to make sure they complied with the insurance quote, arranged for the rental car and worked with the rental company directly when things took a day longer than anticipated, they kept me updated with text messages and phone calls when necessary, and car looked like a million bucks when I got it back, cleaner on the outside and inside than when I dropped it off! All the staff was more than friendly throughout. I would highly recommend them.
