An hour or 2 After picking up my vehicle I noticed a scrape on the back bumper that was not present before the repair. I called the shop. I am scheduled to return to have the area evaluated next week.Otherwise the area needing the repair looks good and staff were all pleasant and kept me updated on progress.

Fyi, our Dodge was returned to us yesterday very low on coolant and overheated on the way home. I'm not sure if something would have been done with the coolant during our repairs, but it was an unpleasant situation. This has never happened before with this vehicle. (Of course, it was over 100 degrees at the time.) I added coolant when I got home and everything seems fine with the car. A fluid check before returning the vehicle would have been a nice touch. We use our vehicle to operate a pop-up business and ended up having to cancel an event because the vehicle was overheated.
Also, during the estimate I mentioned that there is a scratch on the forward passenger door. The CG worker said that they would take care of that when touching up other damage, but it was not done. This isn't a huge deal (as it was an extra that wasn't part of what I was paying for) but it was a little disappointing to see the scratch still there after I was told it would be taken care of.
Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience, with these two hitches.
