It would appear you send out notifications saying a customers car is on schedule when it is really not the case. I would try and fix that. The delays I experienced were unacceptable and I doubt I would return to your shop if a similar situation arose. It seems as though you are more interested in flipping cars with body damage to sell at your dealerships before the carfax catches up with them, than taking care of customers that have already payed for the work to be done.
