This is my second time dealing with the people a Key Collision. Both experiences were great. The people there made a bad experience from the accident better. It was nice knowing my vehicle was in good hands. The process was seamless and I was informed the entire time. I can't say enough how nice it was working with you. Part of the repair was to replace a broken windshield was reservoir. When I received my car, there was no fluid in the reservoir. I'm disappointed that they did not check to make sure it was working properly prior to sending me off. Also, good thing I had a jug of fluid in my car already so I could see through my windsheild.
