In a nutshell: Tom is fantastic and I would very highly recommend Key Auto in Newington for that reason alone. He is extremely friendly, positive, helpful, and patient. Not all the part were delivered so the vehicle was put back together with missing parts. When I would call the insurance rep I was given a message of the person your trying to reach is busy. I could only communicate through text and wait for a phone call. No one was available all weekend to answer a question on if my son's license was left in the rental car. When I called the body shop all I got was answering services.

I was very happy with the outcome of my vehicle. I can't even tell that you guys replaced my bumper and headlights. The paint job is amazing and matches the color perfectly. The only thing I would ask if I had to do it again was not to have the vw beetle for my rental. That didn't compare anywhere to what I drive on a daily bases and it was horrible on gas.

Body work was excellent but paint job had flaws. Spoke to someone about bumpy spots on paint and they were helpful and attempted to correct the issue, however still doesn't look right and it looks like fine sandpaper used to correct the bump issue scuffed paint around that area.
