Was disappointed that the step guards was not placed back on the rear bumper. There is still broken glass in the trunk area. There is a squeaking sound while driving. I had to have my husband wax the inside of the rear hatch and clean the weather stripping. This is the fourth time Prestige has repaired my car. Quality not the same as in the past.

Everyone was wonderful there from receptionist to mechanic to rental car and geico. Jason kept me updated with how my car was coming along . Only took a week to fix ! They washed it as well!! I highly reccomend them!!

Very pleasant and helpful customer service representative. Team missed noting specific bumper design and did not notice immediately that wrong part was received and had to reorder. Human mistake but could have been prevented. Turn signal lamps were not secured in lenses, fell out and were dangling by connecting wires after first use of vehicle. Vehicle was washed with something that left spots on most painted surfaces - not just water spots as paint was apparently slightly etched. Working to correct with compound, polish and cleaner wax.
