My service coordinator Mike did a terrific job. However even though I had plastic mats on the floor when I got home I realized the light grey carpet had black shoe stains on side of carpet and next to break. When working on expensive vehicles (or not) why not require shoe covers or cleans soles for vehicles with light interiors? Now I have to get a detailer out to try and get stains out that I didn’t cause to vehicle. Frustrating and expense to me.

As usual, Hose was great in explaining all that was done to get our Jeep bumper back to new condition! Also, the time frame in which the vehicle was completed was perfect (today being Friday), as I’m driving my daughter back to UC Davis for her sophomore year on Monday and we're letting her have the Jeep!
