The employees were very helpful and polite. I loved that I got text messages letting me know where they were in the process of fixing my car. I also like that the female employee who was in charge of helping me rent a car and helped me with all the details was very friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I liked that when I came to pick my car up they talked to me about how to take care of the new paint and the make employee came out to walk around the car with me and make sure I was satisfied with their work. The car looks amazing and they did a beautiful job with the body work and paint. This is the best car garage I have ever been to. Thank you for doing an amazing job and being amazing people.

Three times to two different persons I told them that there was a fuel line damage under the car. I encouraged them to look at the car on a hoist. I was assured that they would find all the damage once they began repairs. They apparently ignored my description and did not look for the damage and therefore did not fix it. We live 75 miles away and returning the car for repair is not easy. I hope they fix it right the next time they have the car.

These are the predicted days my car was to be done.
Sept23, 27, Oct. 2,4 ,7 8, and I got it on the 9th. Very frustrating. The adding a day or two at a time was frustrating. I would have dealt with it better if they had estimated the extentions better. If someone is going on vacation I do not want to know they will put the work order on someone's desk and maybe they will get to it. The work is beautiful. My car looks brand new and I am totally happy with it.
