Tow **** replaced was supposed to be 50mm but instead was 2”. 2” is just a hair too large and trailer will not fit as a result. I was able to be furnished with the damaged hitch **** (50mm) so will use it. Will try to inspect for defects but would prefer a new 50 mm ****.

Very impressed with the communication and support received,far beyond my expectations. Text alerts were helpful, Kyle at Chehalis Collision was super to work with, Chrissy front desk receptionist friendly and knowledgeable. Office was spotless and welcoming.
But, most of all the work done on my 2014 Honda Accord was flawless, car returned very clean and detailed. Wish I was able to afford the entire car repainted. Any work I may need on my vehicles in the future no question who will perform the work, Chehalis Collision.

Not impressed with the quote and final cost to my insurance company. When discussing the citation with the appraiser he told me that if I would have told himi wasn’t going to use my insurance everything would have been included. Think this is very poor business practices. With the quote being much lower than the final bill. Agreed I only pay the deductible. The “known” true cost was not exposed up front to my insurance company.
