Car exterior was cleaned and was appreciated. The time it took to repair was longer than expected by a couple of weeks, which I understand the original plan to repair failed but better communication about how long it would have taken at the time of quote, would have been appreciated and would have factored into my decision to even peruse the repair. Lastly, I found dusty feet print and a lighting wire severed. Would have appreciated if I was told someone had to cut a wire and as to not just find out when I went to turn on my rear cabin lights today.
