The work was superb. But that is to be expected from a quality shop. What made the big difference was the personal care. Glen was always ready to answer any questions that I had. Mercedes was very professional and pleasant on the phone. Work was perfect. I have a very critical eye for the lines and it was flawless. Paint match first rate. The best compliment I can give is I would send my family there and trust them to treat my wife right if it was just her. Great job. I am Grateful!

Pro's: Seemed to have done a great job on the repair itself.
Con's:
Failed to return my calls during the process.
Spare and blown tire thrown into the bed of the truck, on top of paper products. When asked what to do with the ruined wheel and tire, I told them to dispose of them and they did not. Spare was not put back under the truck.
I found a greasy jack in the cab of the truck that was placed on a jacket I keep in the truck.
I provided 2 headlight assemblies to the collision center to replace the old ones and they were not put on when I went to pick up the truck. The manager was very nice and had the shop get right on it while I waited.
I noticed on the bill that there was a charge for one headlight assembly (for $325.00?) when I provided the replacements for that item. I hope they notified the insurance company of the mistaken billing.
My widshile washer no longer works.. does not spray onto the glass, just pushes fluid onto the hood of the truck.
