On the very first time I arrived,, I was lost. Went to the repair location not the Office. The employee who found me was very polite and gave me directions to where I needed to be. I liked the email reports. My only concern was making a couple of calls to inquire and not getting a call back. Not really a big deal because I was getting the emails. I'm just an old phone person more than a computer person. A great experience and exceptional work. I could not believe how wonderful the car looked when I got it back.

The only thing that I would recommend, for the sake of people that have not auto repair knowledge, is to provide a list of what is to be done (general doesn't have to be specific). Once each task is finished, place a check mark beside the completed. This way the customer knows how much more needs to be done on the vehicle.

all of my interaction with Donahoo Collision was very professional. thank you. however an icon has reappeared on my dashboard advising me to check the tire pressure - something which was checked on Monday morning, prior to me picking up my car. the icon reappeared one hour after i drove off the Donahoo lot. i am hoping that the icon will eventually disappear.
