Like I said earlier there were trash left in my car I had to empty them myself and struggled trying to find where to leave them as there was no trash cane in your premises, also other parts of the vehicle were left hanging I had to spend 15 more minutes trying to find someone to help me put them where they belonged.
This means if I am completely ignorant my vehicle was going to leave unfinished. Also the act of leaving my bumper hanging out and tell me it is because other parts were no checked makes me wonder what else was not done under or inside where I can't see with my own eyes.
However I did appreciate the whole process was quite fast despite leaving trash in my car and wet dirt that I had to pay another car wash to remove.

I was meaning to call last week about this but didn't have any opportunity to get the car in at that time. I had front end damage to the car and the repairs look great! I do think I need my front end aliened though. While getting up to speed and while at speed on the highways the car shakes quite a bit so I would like to get it looked at before any damage is incurred. I also noticed there was a dent on the rear passenger side that was not there before the accident. I am not sure if this happened during the crash or at the shop but I think it should have been dealt with in the claim. I am able to get the car in this week so please let me know if this is possible.
