I never spoke to the person in charge of my car. I did receive emails updating me on the progress and then I figured out what was being done. When I came to pick it up the first time there was a gap on the side panel where the pieces came together. I asked to speak to the manager came and said he knew exactly what I was talking about. If so, why didn't he return it to the shop before I got there.
