I have one small complaint. I was told that I would be kept informed about the whole process and I wasn't at 1st. I had to call to see how my car was doing because I hadn't heard anything, I was then told that it took 4 days for the appraiser to come out and look at my car. I was told the Enterprise rent a car would be kept apprised of the status of my car and they called me to ask when I would be bringing the car back because they hadn't heard from me. Turned out my car was ready that day. I'm not sure what happened with these two incidents but i'm very happy with the work and the information I received after calling to inquire about my car.
