The entire staff was wonderful. They even let me know of some work that Diamond Honda Dealership did on my 2015 Honda Fit's front bumper, in how it was some shady work done on my car. Pacific Elite personal were able to tell me that Gluing a bumper and putting duct tape is not the kind of work they would ever do. I am very great full for their hard work and the ethics they uphold in the company. I have been there twice for work to be done with my car in a month span and have been happy to continue to go there for the work. They are efficient and communicate well with me in time frame and the work that needs to be done. I also loved the fact that they said that when my car is put back the right way from the dealership that I am more then welcome to have there team take a look at it to make sure the company doesn't screw me over a 4th time. I couldn't be any happier with the company Pacific Elite Collision. I also love that they provide donuts and coffee! :)
