Service and compassion of staff to a customer under tremendous stress was excellent. Only concern is being told specifically by staff Nicole and frank tat pickup tues morn. Would be ok with insurance coast I did not want to incur extra rental charge. Was reassured paper work said 18th estimate and I got car om17th. When I picked up car was told that is between enterprise and Allstate. Enterprise says probably Allstate will approve extra couple days. I hope this works out as unexpected charges are stressful. Deductible issue quickly solved by Liz. Detailed summary of repair by Feank excellent. Liz, Michelle. And Nicole all excellent. Only issue is as above. Expectations with coordinating between Allstate and pacific need to be clear as car accident stressful as it is. Thank you. Will highly recommend your business to friends.
